WHAT WE DO

Our standard clean is the most basic of our cleaning options. Baseboards, trim work, interior windows, blinds, and cabinets/drawers will be excluded in this clean. It can be performed on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.

Do’s:

• Kitchen (sink, countertops, and appliance exteriors)
• All exterior surfaces in all rooms
• Carpet and/or floors vacuumed/swept&mopped 
• Bathroom (complete toilet clean, shower, handles, tub and vanities)
• Bedroom  (shelves, nightstands, bed frames, and linens if needed)
• Trash removed from all accessible trash cans

Don’ts:

• Anything extra is not included (must be requested at additional cost)
• We do NOT wash dishes or remove dishwear from the diswasher 
• We do NOT wash/dry laundry 
• We do NOT clean exterior of homes

 Our Deep Clean is the most thorough cleaning service. The most significant difference between the Deep Cleaning Package and our other cleaning packages is the amount of time and detail we spend cleaning baseboards, trim work, interior windows, blinds, exterior cabinets/drawers, light fixtures, and doors.

Do’s:

• Everything included in a standard clean +
• Light switches and door handles
• Dust detailing
• Back-splashes and Faucet Fixtures are polished
• Extra hour included for high detail areas
• Baseboards
• Build-ups in showers/tubs
• Tash removed from all accessible trash cans

Don’ts:

• Anything extra is not included (must be requested at additional costs)

When booking a Move In/Out Clean, you can expect an all-inclusive service. Our Move In/Out Cleaning is perfect for the homeowner who needs a completely empty home, apartment, or condo cleaned. All reachable surfaces shall be cleaned. In the case of an apartment or condo, we are often able to work directly with your property manager to determine the cleaning requirements necessary to receive your full security deposit. The intention is to have the space presentable for the next family.
